1. Return & Exchange Policy for Change of Mind

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their purchase.

●      The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

●      To initiate a return or exchange, email support@tiebags.in within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange, along with your preference (refund or exchange).

●      If you choose a refund: once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

●      If you choose an exchange: exchanges are subject to stock availability. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 7–10 working days, subject to availability.

2. Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products

If the product received is damaged or defective, customers must submit an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, clearly showing the unboxing process and the condition of the item.

●      Email support@tiebags.in with your Order ID, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue.

●      Once verified and approved after inspection, the product will be exchanged. The replacement will be delivered within 7–10 working days, subject to stock availability.

●      If the same product is unavailable, store credit, a refund, or an alternative product may be offered.

3. General Conditions

●      All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation.

●      Returned items will undergo a quality inspection before return/exchange approval.

●      Returns and exchanges are subject to stock availability (for exchange requests).

●      Customized, personalized, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

●      TIE reserves the right to reject a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions.
