Return & Exchange Policy – TIE

1. Return & Exchange Policy for Change of Mind
Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their purchase for any reason. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. To initiate a return, email support@tiebags.in within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if available, the same will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

 

2. Returns& Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective, an unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, clearly showing the unboxing and condition of the item. Email support@tiebags.in with your Order ID, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if available, the same will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

 

3. General Conditions
All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation). Returned items will undergo a quality inspection to ensure eligibility. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an identical replacement is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered. Customized, personalized, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
