Shipping Policy - All items will be dispatched within 2–3 business days, except for made-to-order products (clearly mentioned in the description, if applicable). Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days from dispatch.

Returns Policy - Customers may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery for unused products by emailing support@tiebags.in with their Order ID, reason, and a product image with tag. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping and return charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount, and exchanges are subject to stock availability.
